The inspiration for McWade’s Inn came on the heels of the success of Brick & Mortar, our sister venue. Brick & Mortar is a full-service catering venue available for any social event you may be planning. Not only does this venue lend itself as the perfect wedding venue, but it is also perfect for holiday parties, corporate meetings, family gatherings, and many other special events.

In 2013 owner Jerry Gubitosi renovated the space to accommodate any event. Situated in a beautiful historic building with 30-foot ceilings and exposed brick, it’s a beautiful space to wow a crowd. There is also a second-floor loft and the space features an urban chic design that is a classic setting for any occasion. Located in downtown Clayton, just a few minutes from McWade’s, our venue is close enough to host guests that need a close place to spend the night.

Jerry and Bernadette, along with all seven of their daughters, his mother, and sisters all worked hard to make Brick & Mortar a success.
